In fact, when starting a new fat loss program, just following these 3 simple techniques could easily land you 10 pound lighter on the scales.
You may think I am about to tell you 3 super technical or over the top high-tech methods for how you can quickly begin to see fat loss, sorry to disappoint but these are actually basic principles that you probably already know.
Even though they are super simple, people simply do not follow them and it is these 3 tips for fat loss that I have seen work time and time again.
Ok, ok enough build up, here they are.
Top 3 Tips For Simple Fat Loss
1. Avoid “white” foods.
This includes white breads, pastas, cereals, or anything else you can think of that you would consider a “white” product.
Ok, I will help you out, here are some of the other white food items you need to avoid to start losing fat:
- Potatoes and Potato products
- Cracker type snacks
- Chips cooked any way
- Processed milk and cheeses
Note: this does not mean you should eliminate certain white foods like fish, chicken and cauliflower.
2. Kick the sodas and other drinks that contain sugar, calories or even artificial sweeteners.
While you at it ditch the coffee too, well ok maybe a little but not much.
I bet you love creamer in that coffee don’t you, its gotta go, remember no white food products.
Your probably asking, what the heck can I drink if I can’t even have a diet coke?
Heard of water?
Yes, good old water, you should consume half of your body weight in ounces of water each day.
So your 250 lbs, drink 125 ounces of water each day and you will start to see amazing results on the scale.
The more water you drink the faster the fat burning process will begin.
3. Since you have done such a great job of eliminating “white” foods, now lets take a look at wheat foods.
Yep, you guessed it, they have to go too. 🙁
Even if it says “whole wheat”, say goodbye because you are on a mission to lose fat and they will stand in your way.
Be sure to check the ingredient list and if it says wheat, don’t do it!!
